1. Who we are
LeagueForge is a scholastic esports platform. These terms govern your use of the service. By creating an account or accepting an invite, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use LeagueForge
- You must be enrolled in (or employed by) a school that has signed up.
- If you're under 13, a parent or guardian must grant verifiable consent before you can use the service.
- If you're 13–17, the school's agreement with us covers your participation; talk to your coach if you have questions.
3. Conduct
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexually explicit content.
- No cheating, account sharing, or evading bans/suspensions.
- Coaches and league admins may moderate, mute, or remove content.
- Repeated or severe violations result in account suspension. We may report illegal conduct to law enforcement.
4. Accounts
- You are responsible for the security of your sign-in credentials.
- You may not impersonate another player, coach, or school.
- Coaches may create accounts on a player's behalf with the player's permission (and the parent's consent for under-13 players).
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how we protect it. Your school owns its students' education records under FERPA; we process them on the school's behalf.
6. Content you post
You retain ownership of anything you post (messages, in-game names, etc.). You grant LeagueForge and your school a license to display your content as needed to operate the platform.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or at the request of your school. A parent may withdraw consent and terminate a minor's account at any time.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided as-is. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify schools and post a notice in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
